Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: September 14, 2026

1. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Franchise Builder US does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. However, we may share certain personal information with service providers and partners for business purposes, which may be considered a "share" under CPRA.

2. How to Exercise Your Opt-Out Right

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by:

  • Submitting a request through the Support section of the platform
  • Emailing us with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information"
  • Enabling the "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as an opt-out request

3. Information We May Share

Categories of personal information we may share with service providers for business purposes include: contact information (name, email, phone), account credentials, and usage data. We share this information only as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

4. Verification

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your opt-out request. We may ask you to confirm information associated with your account. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission.

5. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not be denied service, charged different prices, or provided a different level of service for opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

7. Multi-State Opt-Out Rights — All States

In addition to California's CCPA/CPRA, the following states grant residents the right to opt out of the sale, sharing, or targeted advertising use of their personal information. Franchise Builder US honors opt-out requests from residents of all states listed below, regardless of whether we are technically subject to the specific state's law based on revenue or data volume thresholds.
