Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Exercise your right under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to limit the use of your sensitive personal information to purposes reasonably necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected.

What are Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) rights? Under CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121), California residents have the right to limit the use of their sensitive personal information — which includes financial qualification data, government identifiers, and other categories defined by law — to what is reasonably necessary to provide the services you requested.

What this request does: Upon verification, we will limit the use of your sensitive personal information to the purposes of processing your franchise inquiry or application. Your SPI will not be used for secondary purposes such as marketing profiling or automated decision-making beyond what is necessary to evaluate your inquiry.

Your request will be processed within 45 days per CPRA § 1798.130. We will confirm your identity before applying the limitation to your sensitive personal information.
